The Knish

Our take on a traditional potato knish. For extra flavor bits we add caramelized onions, leeks, shallots, garlic, thyme, salt, and pepper and fold that to our organic mashed potatoes. Our dough is a lighter dough then our bagels and is rolled out super thin and then formed in to delicious puffy balls of goodness.
